Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday begin processing the next business day.

Delivery

Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days depending on destination. Please allow up to 7 business days before considering a package delayed. We ship from Pennsylvania.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on orders over $125.

Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation when you place your order, and a shipping notification with tracking once your package leaves us. If you cannot find either, please check your spam and promotions folders.

Delayed or missing packages

If your order is past 7 business days, email us at info@violatethedresscode.com with your order number and we will follow up with the carrier directly.

Incorrect addresses

Packages returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be reshipped at the customer's expense.

International orders

We ship worldwide. Delivery times outside the United States vary by destination and local customs processing. All customs fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by us at checkout.
