As long as the item is unworn, unwashed and tags are intact, we offer free exchanges, and free returns for store credit. For returns to original form of payment there is a simple small shipping fee.

Exchange & Return Policy:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery to be eligible
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in brand new, unworn condition with the tags attached in the original bag
Apparel must have hangtags attached, be free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, make-up, and animal hair.
Swimwear is eligible for size exchanges only and not returns. Must be returned with hygienic liner intact in the original bag

Synergy Long Sleeve Thermal

The synergy long sleeve thermal is so cute and great quality. It runs a bit small so I gave it away as a Christmas gift and my friend loves it. I'm normally a Med but will re order it in a Large. It pulled up too high when I raise my arms since I have a longer torso.
