As long as the item is unworn, unwashed and tags are intact, we offer free exchanges, and free returns for store credit. For returns to original form of payment there is a simple small shipping fee.
Exchange & Return Policy:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery to be eligible
- Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in brand new, unworn condition with the tags attached in the original bag
- Apparel must have hangtags attached, be free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, make-up, and animal hair.
- Swimwear is eligible for size exchanges only and not returns. Must be returned with hygienic liner intact in the original bag
- All items in the Sale Items and Perfectly Imperfect Collection can be exchanged for a different size, no returns will be accepted
- Intimate wear items are non refundable
